There are different rules governing Personal Injury cases and Unfair Dismissal Claims. These rules have been introduced by the Government and The Law Society Of England & Wales to enable individuals to bring compensation cases without having to pay fees to their lawyers.

Personal Injury Claims

A conditional fee agreement is signed, which, in the event of a successful claim, provides that your opponent (or, in reality, his or her insurers) pays your basic legal fee and expences.. Additionally, a success fee is payable out of your recovered compensation. Under no circumstances can this sucess fee exceed 25% of your compensation.

Unfair Dismissal Claims

A contingency fee agreement is signed, which, in the event of a successful claim, provides that we receive 35% of your recovered compensation.
